One of the highlights of a Sunday clubrun is stopping at a cafe for elevenses, lunch and sometimes afternoon tea. Here in Lincolnshire we are very fortunate in having a very wide variety of cafes and tea rooms to choose from, as you can see from the Google map on the right.
Being cyclists, we are fussy when it comes to our cafes. They need to be:
(1) cheap, or at least offer good value,
(2) be able to cope with the onslaught of 10 or more hungry cyclists,
(3) offer good, wholesome food and,
(4) open on a Sunday.
We have provided our own reviews of some of the cafes and tea rooms that we use. They are written by cyclists, for cyclists. The list is by no means complete and we shall be adding more reviews as time goes on.
Cafes come and go and opening times can change. If you spot a cafe in one of our reviews that is no longer open or it's opening hours have changed then please let us know.
